This dress has elegant puff sleeves that are finished with a skinny draw cord  with contrast print ruffle at the hemline Made from 100% habutya silk, Jules is cut on the bias with button through neckline in faux shell. The Jules is designed in Ireland and made in India in small quantities for #ferifolk around the globe.
